Silly Bandz the Game Review
This review came about by way of the Challenge Accepted post over friendly twitter banter with Gaming Angel Kweenie. Well, now I actually have the game and I guess I have to actually play it…
Silly Bandz have been stolen and it’s up to you to get them back! Knock out enemies and destroy the cages holding your Silly Bandz hostage, and they’re yours! Catapult a variety of colorful Silly Bandz to destroy everything in your way in order to collect your Bandz, but beware of enemies trying to sabotage your rescue – with 200 Silly Bandz on the line, they aren’t willing to let them go without a fight! Sadly, this is the story of this game.
This game has no redeeming qualities. It’s short, boring, and repetitive as all hell. Because the screen is separated into two parts, depending on the the angle that you shoot the rubber band you’ll lose it between the two screens.
There are only four worlds and ten levels for each. Young children, which I am assuming is the target audience, will probably never beat the game, but anyone over the age of 12 shouldn’t have a problem beating this game into the ground.
Final Verdict for Silly Bandz:
0.5 out of 5
Honestly, you would be better off throwing your money into a fire rather than buying this crap. Kweenie, you win. I could not prove that Silly Bandz is a worthwhile game and that it deserves to exist.
