I have never played the first “F.E.A.R.,” only the second one, and in my opinion the second was a great game. I’m not very fond of sequels, mainly because they suck (i.e. the Halo series), but when I heard Steve Niles, creator of “30 Days of Night,” was writing the story for “F.E.A.R 3,” I figured it would at least be worth the rental.

If you have ever played the F.E.A.R. games you would know that, they are highly addictive and raised the bar when it comes to creepiness and horror. What’s even better is that Steve Niles was brought on to co-write the new games story and the horror legend himself Mr. John Carpenter was brought on board to craft the games cinematic’s. F.E.A.R. 3 is already gearing up to be a interactive masterpiece.
